The Central Falls Foundation (CFF) is a non-profit that seeks to have a sizeable impact on the community. It was established as a separate non-profit in 1995 by the Central Falls Housing Authority because Central Falls residents needed support to complete their education, enter the workforce, and enjoy financial independence.
